Grace is an energetic, passionate and inspiring leader for our Malawian team. She has been with C4C since 2013 in many capacities before taking up her post as Executive Director. Grace oversees all programmes and brings her experience to bear ensuring high-quality delivery and maintaining the C4C ethos and philosophy. Grace provides leadership and strategic direction and is also responsible for maintaining partnerships, recruitment and management of staff, mentoring and training.

"I love working with young people as they hold such promise, and the idea that I might be able to guide them on their journey, or be part of it in any way, is more fulfilling than anything else I could imagine myself doing. Our projects address deep social problems and I feel honoured that I can contribute to making a positive change, helping young people to redirect and refocus their lives, giving them a second chance and empowering them to move towards a brighter, healthier and more productive future."
