Who We Are.

C4C Mwayi Osintha is a Malawian Non-Governmental Organisation Focusing on behavioural change currently working with young people in Malawian communities.

We enable young people By Training and Empowering them, to become independent and increase their confidence and to take responsibility for their lives.

How We Do It.

The Power of our Programmes lies not only in what we do but how we do it, our methodology and training philosophy facilitates deep learning and provides young people with skills and attributes that have a long-lasting and life changing impact.

Advantaged Thinking

We Concentrate on young people's skills, talents and abilities not their weaknesses or past behaviours. by playing to their strengths we help them to discover and make the most of their skills, talents and abilities and to build the confidence and self-worth they need to become active and successful members of their society.

Experiential Learning

We retain only 6-8% of what we hear 20% of what we see yet we retain 80% of what we do. This is why all C4C programmes focus on learning by doing,fA model that producers learning at a deep level.

Choice Theory

We teach young people to reflect and understand their own behaviour - why they do What They do. We then provide them with the means to change their own behaviours, through problem solving and self-awareness. This enables them to make positive life choices and become more Personally effective.

Our highly motivated, passionate staff team have strong values, exceptional backgrounds, Vast combined Knowledge and in-depth experience in national and international development work.

We operate as a cloud charity in order to keep overhead costs to an absolute minimum, ensuring that a maximum amount of invested funds goes to those in need. Therefore we do not have a fixed head office, we use technology for communication as much as possible, choose budget accommodation when travelling, cycle to meetings instead of using taxis and so on.

We really live and breathe our passion for making this world a more just and fairer place and we are committed to finding solutions that have a sustainable long-term positive impact.
