In 2006 Promise was among a group from different African countries, selected by UNICEF to go to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to train as a voice of fellow African youth under the brand of 'Speak Africa Challenge'.

Promise joined C4C in 2014 as a part-time bookkeeper. As C4C grew, he joined us full-time and extended his role to cover administration, human resources, and took over the duties of personnel and welfare manager. In 2016, he became an Administration Manager, and shortly after, as the organisation expanded further, he became Head of Administration. As well as his administration work, he also takes responsibility for staff welfare and pastoral support.
